Most orders are processed and shipped within two business days! 
You can count on KBC for quality service when you need your equine supplies FAST.

If we don’t have it, we’ll get it!
We will attempt to ship complete orders; however, if for some reason an item is on backorder, partial orders may be shipped in order for you to get your items as quickly as possible.  But don’t worry-We will notify you in a timely manner if an item is backordered. That way you can decide whether to wait, choose another item, or cancel the backordered item!

We offer UPS and more! We normally ship via UPS, however you may also choose to ship via Ground, 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air. Shipping charges are calculated automatically when checking out of our online store based on current UPS rates. 

Special Delivery Requirements Regarding Vaccines: KBC cares about quality when it comes to the health of your horse. Regulations require that vaccines must be shipped via 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air in refrigerated packaging. 

Please note— Additional Charge for special items:
Oversized items and items that require special handling may require additional freight. Therefore, the shipping charge indicated on your order may differ somewhat from the actual shipping charged to you. We have made every effort to identify those items requiring additional freight in the item description when you order.  You will be notified of any changes in the shipping amount via email.
